Our Approach
Give us a call or send an email and we’ll book a time to visit you and view your premises.
01. Contact Us
We meet with you to walk through your premises, discuss your priorities, how often you’d like it cleaned, and any special requirements. At this stage we will also identify areas that you might not have thought of cleaning, or give you any advice we think is helpful.
02. Site Visit
We’ll send you a detailed proposal with:
A cleaning plan tailored to your space
Monthly pricing
Terms & conditions
If you have any questions or changes you’d like to make, we can meet again to go over it, or simply make the changes you’ve requested.
03. Proposal & Quote
Once you’re happy and ready to start, we carry out a pre-clean to bring the space up to our standard. This gives us a clean baseline to maintain going forward.
04. Pre Clean
Our team begins regular scheduled cleaning. We keep a sign in / out book on site for our staff to show they have been and at what time for safety reasons.
05. We Get Started
We set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for us and your business so you can:
Message management directly
Request last minute changes
Stay in the loop in real time
06. Communication
You’ll receive an invoice each month from us, which will be due on the 20th. All of our contracts are 12 months minimum unless otherwise arranged. We handle each contract separately and ensure we keep your best interests at heart.
